Peanut Nutty Fingers
Ingredients
- 6 slices of bread
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup finely chopped roasted
peanuts
- 1/2 cup flaked coconut
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Fahrenheit.
- Trim crust from bread. Cut each
bread slice into fingers about 1/2 inch
wide.
- Blend milk and peanut butter. In a
separate container, toss together
chopped peanuts and coconut.
- Dip bread in peanut butter-milk
mixture, then roll in peanut-coconut
mixture.
- Place on a baking sheet. Bake in a
400 degrees Fahrenheit oven for about 8
minutes or until lightly browned.
