   Peanut Nutty Fingers

 

Ingredients

  • 6 slices of bread
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup finely chopped roasted peanuts
  • 1/2 cup flaked coconut

 Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. 
  2. Trim crust from bread. Cut each bread slice into fingers about 1/2 inch wide.
  3. Blend milk and peanut butter. In a separate container, toss together chopped peanuts and coconut.
  4. Dip bread in peanut butter-milk mixture, then roll in peanut-coconut mixture.
  5. Place on a baking sheet. Bake in a 400 degrees Fahrenheit oven for about 8 minutes or until lightly browned.
